"I had an amazing birth experience. I got so much out of the birthing classes. Luka came 4 weeks early. My waters broke in the middle of a yoga class. I was in a very relaxed state of mind and body. I experienced 'the show', Braxton hicks, and contractions and then boom! a beautiful baby boy! Again, thank you for the birthing classes, I highly recommend them to anyone having a baby."
