About Birth Online can be used on its own or in conjunction with your hospital class. It's also so convenient because you have the opportunity to watch the videos as many times as you like and as Sacha says, from the comfort of your couch. We even have some women watching them in early labour!

It is important to know that not all birth education is equal. Most hospitals provide childbirth classes, but a lot of the time they are teaching you about the policies and procedures of the hospital, not so much about how to work with your body in labour.
